Returns & Refunds
Returns of W.P.S. products for a refund must be received back within 2 weeks of receipt of order. Must be pre-approved by WaterShed Outdoors. All returns must be in original re-sellable condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The refunds will be issued upon receipt minus shipping costs. Custom orders are not available for refunds. Receipt of “proof of purchase” required.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
